Crap-ola...

It's snowing. I really, really, really hate snow. Even if it's just a dusting or an inch. Hate. It. I don't ski, and I can't seem to keep my hands warm enough when I'm out in the snow. Not to mention that when I was driving home today from Reisterstown down back to my house when it was only just starting to snow and not sticking to ANYTHING, I saw 7 accidents. Seven. Everything from the dude who hit the divider all by himself and lost a bumper, to the people in the median with a tire problem or spin out, to the "hey, we totally smashed up the front of our SUV in FLURRIES". Betcha a majority of them were yappin' on their cell phones. Or trying DIAL their phones. I had to pass one girl in the left lane in the snow, who was kinda weaving and doing approx. 36 MPH. I passed her finally and she was staring at her lit phone screen trying to dial. Gah.

I was totally hoping for a snow-free winter. Oh well. One day, when I win the lottery and buy that house in Mustique, I'll be snow-free for sure!

Oh wait! It appears to have stopped! Yippeee! Of course, now I have to let the dogs out. They like the snow. I like watching them in the snow. From my kitchen.

Hmm, little bit Grinch-y today? We only got freezing rain, no snow. But of course all the schools were cancelled just in sheer anticipation of the sleet. Please! I will drive in the snow in NY anyday, but here? Forget it! Amateurs! They'll kill ya.

I love snow! Winter is so much brighter when there's lots of white stuff to reflect the light back. We only have a little bit (the grass is covered) but it's great!

I don't mind the snow. But I hate fucking weathermen who refer to it as "the white stuff."

I drove around have of 695 on Sunday and lost count of all the wrecks, including several SUVs.
